New Lens

New Lens is a youth driven social justice organization working to make art and media about often-underrepresented perspectives. The work is used to facilitate dialogue, shift perspectives and stimulate action. The process of making art and media work helps young people develop confidence in their vision, supports them in developing leadership skills and in making change in their community. New Lens also offers instruction and production work, where youth leaders teach other youth and produce art and media on commission for organizations that have a social justice mission.
