PFund Foundation is a small community foundation supporting LGBT and allied organizations across the upper Midwest. Our grantmaking pays particular attention to the underresourced parts of our community where smaller grants can make a big impact.
Programs and Services:
PFund advances social justice for LGBT communities by funding systems change, developing leaders, inspiring giving, and convening and reporting on issues of importance within our communities. We are working to change attitudes, change systems and break down barriers at the intersection of our identities—orientation, gender, race, culture—to achieve social justice.
PFund has grown to become a vibrant and vital community foundation, thanks to support from thousands of individual donors and hundreds of volunteers. The foundation now annually awards over $150,000 in grants and scholarships primarily in Minnesota. PFund is unique – it is the only foundation dedicated exclusively to LGBT communities across the Upper Midwest.
